Art & Creativity for Healing Inc, also sometimes called "Art4Healing" (A4H), has been a great blessing and an incredible gem. I have spent 7 months attending multiple online workshops during what otherwise could have been perceived as a very difficult and painful year during the ongoing 2021 Covid-19 pandemic. A4H provided me a way to express and cope with my emotions and thoughts, in a way I never knew was possible. Being the heavy introvert that I am, I often find communicating and expressing my thoughts to be a very difficult task. However, A4H helped me connect more to my unknown fun and colorful side, allowing me to swim through the stories, passions, and strength that I thought I had forgotten when the world around me seemed to be spiraling into chaos. Art & Creativity for Healing Inc equipped me with the courage to dare to hope again, during a period of time that seems so hopeless. Though the Covid-19 pandemic may seem very bleak, Art & Creativity for Healing Inc taught me to dream big, live vibrantly, and stay grateful for all that remains good throughout the past, present, and future. I was pleasantly surprised to find that every online workshop I took with A4H was a unique and intimate experience, as I not only had the opportunity to share my expressed colors, but I also had the honor of seeing the painted colors of my peers' expressions as well, which turned out to be a special experience every single time. I will definitely be continuing my journey with Art & Creativity for Healing Inc and a big thank you to the amazing and supportive staff who make every session worthwhile!
