Depending on your driver, your items will never be picked up. I have had multiple pick up appointments lined up and it has been a nightmare. I live in an apartment where my door is located on the side of the building. You can visibly see my items from the street and they are labeled and out by 6:30am. They have left my items over three times and the driver has reported that there was nothing out there. Now I've called and emailed and the latest thing I was told they can leave the truck unattended???? How do they grab the packages if they can't leave the truck.? I love it when your trying to make a donation to help make a difference and they make it so difficult. I can't leave the boxes on the sidewalk out in front because it's a public sidewalk and I can't leave them on the glass because it's not my area of the building.. so much for donating to this screwed up system.
