Nica sucks, I have been a rider and racer for nica for 4 years and had to quit because of it. Its biggest problem is the faliure to teach necessary on bike skills yo kids instead of teaching them how to go uphill fast. On my team some of the best riders dont even know how to ride a 1 foot drop without going over the bars. Nica needs to rwthink its values and focus more on bike handling.
