I've repeatedly tried to cancel my monthly donation, and they have not answered or responded to any communication and have continued to charge me. If you look them up, you'll see this is a VERY common problem with them, and I think they do it purposefully. I feel they and their CEO who makes $300k a year, need to be investigated. I'm reporting the charges as fraud.
