I am an Autism Navigator volunteer for OAR and have over 30 years of experience working as a health provider. Supporting job seekers has been both meaningful and rewarding to me. I also appreciate the care and personalized approach of the OAR team. OAR is a key nonprofit organization for many reasons: 1) they target career guidance which is a key quality of life issue 2) the staff is highly committed 3) they provide excellent resources 4) their trainings are organized and complete. OAR helps to bridge the transition to employment and I highly recommend them. I am proud to be part of their team and I believe in their mission.
