This nonprofit is absolutely amazing. I had the pleasure of volunteering this year and the way it is run is so professional. The staff are welcoming and kind and they truly care about the kids they are helping. Sonrise as a whole responded really well to the pandemic, using necessary safety precautions while also making it possible for riders to experience most of what Sonrise typically offers. Their care of horses and their riders is simply exceptional and I recommend that everyone check them out. Sonrise provides children with the unique opportunity to grow in their confidence as a rider while also enhancing their physical and social well-being. It is such a blessing to have an organization like Sonrise helping others.
