Virginia Organizing is an incredible grassroots organization that I have been incredibly lucky to work with during my time in high school. All the staff and volunteers are welcoming and truly passionate about the causes they care about. The organization really values empowering those most affected by certain issues and directly involves members in every aspect of decision-making/campaign building. The support I have received from almost everyone I have met in the organization is overwhelming and I would definitely recommend joining this group if you are interested in authentic grassroots work!
