My experience with FLNSD first came through my participation in the Executive Leadership Group, which was a critical experience that truly resulted in my own personal leadership growth while also developing a network of peers to connect with moving forward.

Best of all, FLNSD’s continued programming not only maintains our connections with our peers - it also allows our network to continue learning and growing while tapping into guidance and resources from a vast array of past participants.
