Individual Shepherd Center's across America rely on the SCA for valuable assistance in operating their programs, which vary from Center to Center. SCA provides webinars presented by experts on topics that address issues Centers are experiencing in their day to day operations. The monthly Leadership Roundtable meetings are an opportunity to share problems and seek suggestions from your peers at other Centers. As a leader at the Shepherd's Center of South Brevard (FL) I have found these specific services very helpful.
