As a recent retiree, I volunteered to become a Hire Autism Navigator as a way of giving back. I provide virtual assistance to job seekers on the autism spectrum with resume, cover letter, and interview preparation. The training provided by OAR was very good and has equipped me with practical tools to assist job seekers. The staff is highly professional and very well organized. I am grateful for this fulfilling opportunity.
