Compared to other organizations I have worked in, MedCreate is by far the best one I've seen in terms of organization, priorities, and effort. As an executive, I have never felt stressed or overwhelmed by my responsibilities, and love the feedback I get based on my work. MedCreate's mission really appealed to me, especially since I strongly believe medicine and creativity should be more connected. Before I found MedCreate, I thought medical professionals were unimaginative and far from liking art. Now, I feel more attached to pursuing medicine and don't see my artistic abilities as an obstacle. MedCreate deserves an award!
