I have been involved with TEXSAR for 3 years. They truly live up to their moto of "service before self" by always being at the ready to serve their fellow Texans. TEXAR holds itself highly accountable to its donors by being fiscally responsible, to its members by always striving to be the best and to the agencies and communities that we serve by always being ready and always answering the call
