I absolutely love Hearts That Purr! I'm lucky enough to live in Tucson and have my own cats enrolled in their guardianship program in case something were to happen to me. I've also had the pleasure to go and visit the cats living in their care many times. Everything about the setup of their kitty home, the staff who care for the cats, and the volunteers give me absolute confidence in them. The home itself is amazing and I think if my own cats knew how great it was they'd probably plot my demise so they could could experience the life of luxury and pampering they deserve.

Every cat in their care is giving individual attention and treated with the utmost respect. The cats there receive the absolute best in medical care whenever needed, and never want for anything in terms of creature comforts. There's always a selection of tasty foods, tempting treats, and warm laps to sit in. The cats have plenty of space to roam around, tons of sunlight streaming in through the windows, and have the chance to be as friendly or elusive as they'd like. And they do all that in a place that truly looks and feels like home. It's not a drab, noisy shelter. It's a calm, quiet, relaxed setting that's inviting for both the cats and their human visitors.
