HUM is truly a life changing experience when it comes to recovery. The program not only assesses the surface of substance abuse disorder but also assists each individual dig deeper into root causes of their own addiction.

The program is created to take away all distractions from a person's life, forcing each person to put their sole focus on themselves and God.

From homeless and active addiction, I now am 21 months clean and sober, 4 months from completing an associates degree, and already working part-time in a new career field.

Helping Up Mission takes openness, honesty, and willingness in their purest form for a complete reformation but isn't that what we need? It is the best program in Maryland, hands down.
