As legal advisor to the ACP Civil Society Forum I also advice the Caribbean Centre of Excellence for Sustainable Livelihoods (CoESL) on ACP EU Agreements, the Post Cotonou Agreement and the role of stakeholders among which CoESL. CoESL is an active and import Caribbean Centre of Excellence of entrepreneurs, entrepreneurial people as social entrepreneurs, NGOs and policy makers, connecting people, finding markets, sharing knowledge, developing models, innovation, project management, operations management, opening doors.
