I have nothing but good things to say about FINDINGbalance. Over the years I have engaged with many of their materials, including books, a DVD study, and most recently the fully on-line Lasting Freedom series. As a Christian I appreciate that their materials are Christ-centered, but they are also appropriate for people of different faith backgrounds. FINDINGbalance has been a critical component in my journey towards healing and wholeness as it relates to food and body image.
