Reading Partners is a wonderful organization! They provide one on one tutoring to K-4th grade students using their own interactive and effective curriculum. I have volunteered with the organization for the past three years. I was really impressed with how quickly they were able to move their curriculum to a virtual platform when the pandemic hit. They are extremely innovative and responsive to the needs of the students they work with. I have also been pleased with the trainings they provide volunteers and their emphasis on the importance of centering race equity, trauma-informed practices, and social-emotional learning.
