Through local leadership, having directors and educators who come from the same context as the Girl Pioneers, their programming is carefully crafted to meet the needs of indigenous girls to ensure they have the tools they need to blaze their bold new trajectories. This organization is creating transformational change and does so with the utmost transparency and respect for its fellow team members and students. I am always in awe of the incredible resilience and hard work of the Girl Pioneers, they are going to change the world!
