I currently work at MII and love this organization and team! The work culture at MII is by far the best I have ever experienced, with kind, respectful coworkers that value efficiency and honesty. The mission of MII and the work we do to make an impact in sustainable material innovation is so amazing to be a part of. Nicole, our fearless leader, is a fantastic supervisor and provides a great balance of hands-on guidance with plenty of autonomy for department heads.
