My family and I just "completed" the process of receiving our service dog from 4 Paws. I put "completed" in quotes because once a 4 Paws family, ALWAYS a 4 Paws family. This company is just filled to the brim with AMAZING people from the first person you talk to about getting information to apply for your service animal to the senior trainer you work with when you are in Xenia, OH meeting your dog for the first time. Every single person here makes you feel like the only one on the planet. They all are kind, patient, calm, generous, wonderful humans who genuinely want the best for your family. I will be grateful for this company for the rest of my life. My daughter has Autism, Epilepsy, ADHD, and a rare chromosomal abnormality; this dog has already changed our lives in more ways than we can count and we've only had him for three weeks. The staff at 4 Paws just accept my child for who she is and ask no questions or give any weird looks at any of her many behaviors. People like that don't exist outside of this organization. They completely understand the population they serve and it shows every day.
