I have been volunteering for priceless pets for a little over 2 years now. I'm disabled so I spend most of my time promoting their events from home. But when I am able to get into the shelter I see a huge community of people who care deeply about the animals at the shelter... and all animals really.

Spend 5 minutes there and you will experience compassion and generosity that you just don't get to see normally in your day to day life.

My first personal dog, Tater Tot, came from PPR. He helped me through the worst parts of my disability and forced me to find a way to move even though I really...really.. didn't want to.
(Dogs are kinda magic that way)

Whether you stop by to socialize with dogs, volunteer, do the hard cleaning work, walk the easy dogs or the challenging ones, foster, or just adopt from there... you know this is one of the best places to be around in the entire are.

(P.S. My dog really loved being in flower beds)
