Mujeres greatly improves the lives of indigenous women in the Chiapas region of Mexico by providing access to continued education as well as basic human needs like toothbrushes and eyeglasses. The women are able to give back to their communities by teaching childrens programs to promote a continued interest in learning. The children could eventually be scholarship recipients so this brings the idea of Mujeres full circle. It's wonderful to see the opportunity this foundation provides to these women and children.
