Review for Thinkhumanity Inc, Loveland, CO, USA
As an Australian children's author, I care passionately about literacy and I believe it is the right of every child to receive an education, regardless of their location or circumstances. Amongst the many compassionate projects that Think Humanity funds and oversees, I value most the opportunity that this organisation has given me to assist with the upkeep and education of refugee children in Uganda. These children are often orphans, and/or living in such extreme poverty that without Think Humanity, they could not be guaranteed survival, let alone a chance to attend school. Education is the pathway out of poverty and into a future of hope and it has been my privilege to help provide food, clothing, school fees, uniforms, books and other necessities for learning.
Dear Ann, thank you for the positive review. It would not be possible without kind-hearted people such as you. You have helped so many children. Nancy, Teddy and Moses, Peace, Rebecca, and the list is long. You have fed and clothed many as well as helped them with basics as you have mentioned above.
