I took part in Fieldstone's Leadership Network in 2021. I am so grateful to have had this opportunity, which has provided me with skills, understanding, and insights that have helped define my path forward. The course included a wealth of important information and tools that I use almost daily. When I'm pondering a decision or feeling unsure, I often find myself turning to the course content to review and aid in my process. The course helped me understand who I am, how I lead, and where I lead from, which has raised my confidence and helped me become a dynamic leader.

Fieldstone has been one of the most impactful courses I have taken in my life. I highly recommend Fieldstone and their many offerings to help strengthen your team and organization.

Thank you so much for creating and making this group and learning experience possible! The past six months have been amazing and I have learned so much about myself, about leadership and about the wonderful community of leaders around me. Thank you for adapting and making the group virtual while still maintaining a sense of closeness. The gifts along the way were such a special touch and they are items I will keep with me to remind me of this wonderful time.
