I've been volunteering with Milwaukee Pets Alive since way back in 2012, when I started fostering. My experience with everyone at MPA has always been positive. I fostered 4 kitties and I really appreciated that I they took their time to find appropriate homes for all of their adoptable cats. They go above and beyond when it comes to rehabilitating their foster cats, often these kitties have had a harsh life, they are being pulled out of an overcrowded shelter where they are overlooked because they are not "easy cats" or are even deemed "unadoptable". Even after moving to a different state, I have continued to donate and support MPA as best as I am able to because I believe in the work that they do. I currently volunteer with other local rescues, and I am always grateful for everything that I have learned from everyone at Milwaukee Pets Alive.
