We adopted our beloved Kip from the Briggs Animal Adoption Center in Charles Town, WV, on June 11, 2021. Kip is a seven-month-old Chihuahua-Schipperke mix who came to Briggs from Mississippi. We are so pleased that Kip received such excellent and loving care during his stay at Briggs. Our search for a dog was facilitated by all the professional and caring Briggs staff members, notably Samantha Mills. We could not have been more happy with the entire process from day one to the day Kip came to live with us. We are forever indebted to Briggs for the level of their commitment to the animals.
