Ceres is where direct  hands-on action is with multiple purposes, from teaching youth how to garden, cook to getting adults to socialize and volunteer in social networks to help feed those who are in need. I have received Ceres help after my open heart surgery for 6 months. They feed me healthy, hearty meals. I am so grateful, they are da best!
