Review for Pa Caring for K-9's, New Oxford, PA, USA
wonderful rescue to work with!! we adopted in 2019 and recommend to anyone looking for a dog! this is a foster-based program with a great application process. i feel good recommending to everyone i know because i know they take time to place dogs in homes that will be a good fit.
