I serve on the board of LCHT. I am so proud of the research and services that LCHT conducts. As a researcher and professor, I highly value community-based and action-oriented research into how to address human trafficking in our communities.

I have been so proud to be a board member for LCHT because the organization is incedibly intentonal in all aspects- staffing, budgeting, strategic planning, advocacy. I was drawn to LCHT because of the importance placed on research and reviewing the evidence of what works and doesn't work in human trafficking prevention and support for survivors. The LCHT staff are amazing- competent, mission driven, motivated.

LCHT provides comprehensive training to governmental and non-profit groups. LCHT also contributes to the research on human trafficking and brings together survivors, scientists and anti-trafficking in identifying effective practices to prevent and stop trafficking, and support survivors. I am proud to be on the board of an agency that serves victims and survivors and works to prevent human trafficking.
