My wife and I heard through word of mouth about the underdog organization. Our son is 5 years old and wanted to put him in football since he was finally of age. They did not disappoint! From the physical workouts to the mental aspect of the game it has truly pushed our son for the better. He’s learning things that I was first introduced to in high school and college. The whole staff really practices what they preach. They do it all for love of the game as well as for love of the young athletes.
