Review for It's About the Kids Education Organization Inc, Baltimore, MD, USA
Bubbles The Clown did a very good job of communicating basic financial concepts to a group of children ages 5 - 12 years old. There were about 50 children in the room of the recrteation center at the show I attended. The children responded especially well to having a rabbit "magically" appear. The message they all discussed was that a person needs to save money for things he/she wants, such as adopting a pet. To be candid, I had concerns that a meaningful financial literacy program could be presented by using a clown character. David Felzenberg (as Bubbles) pulled it off. He kept the children interested and involved in the program.

I personally experienced the program by seeing it in person and seeing the kids' reactions. After the show, I asked my daughter what she had learned. Without prompting from me, she said that she wanted to earn money so that she could save money for a bicycle that she has wanted for a long time.
If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...
The only change I would make would be to limit the program to younger children, perhaps up to 8 or 9 year-olds. The 11 and 12-year olds didn't seem as engaged as the younger kids.
