Threshold is an excellent psychosocial rehab day program serving Durham residents with SPMI, severe and persistent mental illness. On the work ordered day model it support members in education, employment, housing, life skills, and provides essential social supports in a friendly welcoming community. I am a long-time volunteer and so grateful for this life-changing and even life-saving program for many of the most vulnerable in our community.
