Review for Guitars not Guns, Peachtree City, GA, USA
Guitars Not Guns became a part of my life when a friend of mine was murdered. We called Aaron the "Guitar God" at school. He was an enormously talented musician with a passion for singing and playing the guitar. The chapter of GnG that we, his friends and family, formed in his memory has helped those who loved him carry on his passion for music and giving nature by raising funds to provide guitar lessons to kids. When I think about what this charity does for at-risk children, providing them with a healthy activity, one-on-one time with a positive role model, an outlet for personal expression and creativity, and a skill they can be proud of, I also know that Aaron's memory is being kept alive.
