A few years ago I broke my neck diving into a lake near my hometown. As a result of this I became paralyzed from the chest down and I have not been able to participate in many of the outdoor activities that I once loved and lived for. Thanks to the High Five Foundation I will be able to purchase a piece of equipment that will give me the ability to leave concrete sidewalks and venture back into nature as well as access some of my favorite trails. However, it will also give me the ability to navigate my college campus without getting fatigued! Thank you High Five Foundation for changing my life along with the previous and future recipients lives as well!
