Review for Health Horizons International Foundation Inc, Bloomfield, CT, USA
HHI has done marvelous work in the Dominican Republic, and has been recognized as a center of excellence in chronic care management. I’ve been fortunate to volunteer with them many times, and the fantastic work that they do keeps bringing me back!
