Review for Helen Woodward Animal Center, Rancho Santa Fe, CA, USA
This organization is great. As someone who has volunteered in their adoption and foster departments for a few years, they are doing a great job with animal care and saving animals from over-crowded shelters. They have definitely improved over the years, getting new staff members and managers who improved the adoption process over the years. There are so many great people here (not only great animals) and would recommend the organization to anyone who asked.

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...
Make the pay scale in Administration lower and raise salaries on entry workers "on the front lines" AND change Club Pet to be staff-run (not using volunteers to help with their for-profit, unrelated business).
