We were very happy to learn about Canopy from the Palo Alto city newsletter. Gabrielle made a consultation visit to assess our property for good locations and types of trees most beneficial, was very knowledgeable and also gave some pointers for a problem with one of our existing trees. She kept in touch with us during planning and procurement of trees which was delayed by COVID and tree availabilities, including persisting in searches to get a less common tree as one of our desired options (thank you for the extra effort!). We were so happy to have our new trees planted last week by volunteers who did a perfect job. Thank you Canopy!
