For as long as I have known and followed this organization, I have been impressed with the integrity of Kathleen Thompson's vision and determination to fulfill this vision. She is extremely self-disciplined in her own activities, not only to improve her own skills, but in her work to organize, present, and publicize the work of this organization. The many variations of preparation and presentation of her visions is breathtaking when you understand that Kathleen is the one who directs it all. I am a regular supporter and have been for many years and find it to be a joy to be a small part of it.

I have seen Kathleen Thompson in events and performances both in Europe and in the US. They are always a delight, telling a story in entirely unique and moving ways. Her organization, E Bellherst, is a treasure chest of talent which reaches out in so many ways in order to bless her various audiences, without the price of a ticket. It is the only way so many, whether students of hers, or expectant audiences, may be able to benefit from her talents and thus have their lives changed. I've seen her perfrmances in my home and others, at public venues, churches, and on the streets. She makes costumes, writes scripts, trains actors and dancers, sends out publicity, makes booking arrangements, transports the team, cooks dinners and anything else needed. All freely given, with much sacrifice on her part.

I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...
my own life as an inspiration to excell in my gifts, and be disciplined in doing what is needed to put them to use. She has also given pictures of truth to my friends, neighbors, and church which they remember for years. One example is her portrayal of Esther from the Old Testament.
If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...
I hope that someone or a group of someones could provide funds to pay for a personal assistant/ marketing agent for her. The clerical work is so timeconsuming that it robs her of time to be creative.
