I am an lgbt youth and was a resident, I left voluntarily and i loved it for the first few months but the more I realized how unorganized everyone was the worst my experience is and was, coaches (staff) doesnt realize we hav lives with family for the residents who do, their job is to help us be put in the right direction for success BUT because of "rules" it made paying for transportation for work next to impossible, we put 75% of checks or ANY income away in a savings thing but when we need gas or transportation its next to impossible to get it (includes issues with phone bills and anything else, I hav issues with multiple staff with my stay and so did 5 of the other residents, it only seems like they care about helping if we follow their exact plan BUT they also act like they know everything about me and the work i am trying to do which a common person doesnt know a lot about, residents are amazing but staff is HORRIBLE AND NOT UNDERSTANDING
