I am grateful to Our Children’s Trust for the vital work they’re doing to secure a livable world for my beloved children and grandchildren. The plaintiffs in Juliana vs. the United States and their attorneys are doing battle against overwhelming opposition, and it’s on behalf of my loved ones. I believe in them, and so I've donated to the organization as a gesture of support and appreciation.
I first learned about Our Children’s Trust and the lawsuit through news reports; later, I watched the documentary Youth v Gov. Whenever my own efforts as a climate activist seem pitiful and fruitless, when my spirits start to flag, I think of them, and I get back to work.
