I opened the Express It workbook and it immediately made me smile. It started me thinking about my feelings, thoughts and really what makes me who I am. The pages were unique and it really gets your mind positively working. For example, when I saw the “5 songs that change your mood” page, I immediately wanted to get up and dance because I went to a happy place. In these times, this workbook could save someone’s soul and thoughts! Can’t wait for version 2!
