Review for Partnership With Native Americans, Addison, TX, USA
We enjoy the relationship we have with PWNA and value the networking and training opportunities they have consistently provided. In the last year PWNA has gone above and beyond to ensure that tribes like ours have every resource they need to quarantine.
Throughout the COVID Pandemic, our tribe has received four truckloads of household items, cleaning products, personal products, sanitizer, non-perishable food, PPE, and an entire truck full of produce. We also received clean up kits, and CERT packs for our ‘just in time’ online CERT trained DARE team. Additionally, Our Office of Emergency Management has been sharing a scanner/printer/copy machine with the Tribal Police and with the mounting paperwork that we have generated over the last several months, we found that we had an immediate need for our own printer/scanner but no money remaining in the budget. The all in one printer they purchased our office has helped speed up the process of scanning and submitting FEMA reimbursements without having to stand in a narrow hallway with a mask and gloves while people slide past me for 8 hours to accomplish the task. Thank you PWNA for all that you do and for being such great partners all the way from the other side of the state.
