I have repeatedly tried to get information from C2C Innovative Solutions for my reconsideration appeal sent to them from Express Scripts and keep being told that I am not in their system although the rep at my doctors office who files appeals tells me she has filed and has sent them all the information they have requested.

This is a totally misrun company from my point of view and I am thoroughly stressed from trying to deal with them not to mention that they have held up my approval for my medication for weeks now. No one is responsive when I contact them. I never had this problem when Express Scripts worked with Maximus.
