My name is V. Raymond. I want to express my gratitude to the VAC's Staff for their outstanding service and professionalism. Then, I thank the pilot so much for taking time out of his busy schedule to fly me to my uncle's funeral in Florida. My father really needed me to accompany him during that difficult time and the pilot ensured I made it there in time. This was my second flight with Veterans Airlift Command and both times I have been very happy with the professionalism of the program. Everything was done in a timely manner and is stress free, everyone is very polite and caring. The pilot has been very welcoming and mage me feel like there's no worries.VAC is an amazing service that made my travel during a difficult time seamless and pain free. I’m very thankful and humbled by the gratuity of the not only VAC but of the plane owner and pilot who give so much. I hope to be fortunate enough to use the nonprofit again. Thanks for being for me and my family in times of need!
