Review for Beads For Education Inc A Non-Profit Corporation, Brookfield, CT, USA
My wife and I have been sponsors for a girl in the Beads program for five years. It has been very gratifying to see the development of her language and writing skills as we have corresponded over the years. I know that the work done by Beads has its grounding in Debby's heart. Debby, her husband Bill, Rukia and the rest of the small Beads staff work round the clock to make a difference for the people in the regions where Beads works. I have seldom met people less interested in really taking credit, gaining personal benefit or publicity, or more committed to helping people. We consider our donations to Beads for Education the most directly beneficial charitable contribution that we make. I doubt there is another organization anywhere that can equal Beads for Education's impact per dollar donated.

Review for Arlington Art Center, Arlington, VA, USA
I have been volunteering at the Arlington Arts Center for the past three years and attended exhibitions there for years. With the leadership and vision provided by Excutive Director, Claire Huschle, and Director of Exhibitions, Jeffrey Cudlin, the AAC provides a welcoming environment for emerging artists in the Mid-Atlantic region and an exhibition space for truly thought provoking, cutting-edge work. The AAC also provides insightful, understandable explanatory materials (catalogs, display statements) that shed real light on the meaning and importance of even the most unusual and original works. This combination of work and exposition makes the AAC the most enjoyable place for the exhibition of contemporary art the I have ever experienced.
