Review for It's About the Kids Education Organization Inc, Baltimore, MD, USA
Bubbles The Clown Education Organization is a valuable asset in the Baltimore-Washington area. The mission of the organization is to use the performing art of clowning to teach literacy programs to young people, particularly in under-served communities. The organization is fulfilling its mission. In the past several months, Bubbles The Clown has presented his Financial Literacy program to nearly 1,400 youth in the Baltimore-Washington area. Most of the presentations have taken place in inner city Baltimore communities. The overarching theme of the program is that saving money is important and fun. Bubbles The Clown uses an innovative approach to teach. He uses magic, props, and balloons to convey financial literacy messages in an interactive way.

I have personally experienced the results of this program by sitting through several programs. I have seen that the children are engaged throughout the program. They are learning while having fun. When asked what they have learned, the children have retained the information presented in the program. They yell out, "Saving money."
If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...
I would help them raise more money so that they can expand his financial literacy, reading literacy, childhood obesity, and environmental awareness programs. I want this organization to be able to sustain these programs for many years to come.
