After jumping through all the hoops and then filling their instructions to a “T” to have no response is unacceptable. To then reach out several more times leave messages more then six times because you desperately need help. Again, no reponle is unacceptable. To then research to find other social media platforms to try to reach out to them to find out why they are refusing to respond to then have the CEO on Facebook stage they will help you to call her the next day just let her DM you and she doesn’t is beyond my worst nightmare. I think this is a front, to help the CEO travel the world. Not to help women escape battered and traumatic experiences. Because if they did they would have responded to me and my friend who needed help in leaving California!

Unfortunately this organization fails to screen properly when placing clients into their transitional shelter. Being despised to drug addict who are still using is not restful at all. Neither is an abuse person who brings male(s) who have questionable background to the location a good idea. Being screamed at breathed and having hate speech used on a regular biases even after asking staff to start addressing the issues doesn’t work. Ramps them of items, clothing, jelwery and documents with personal information!!! Blocking and threading for the director her self not allowed to call 9-1-1. Or you will be placed out of the program, this is common threats and fear be manipulation are used to ‘keep’ clients in ‘line’ when you stand up for your self then you are gone! The Director must be in control at all times. Along with the fact that if you are disabled they will throw you out! They also allow drinking alcoholic beverages in the home along with smoking pot and having sex occurring in the home. They also fail to have working oven, printer and other items that they claim to have available. The Director will make excuses and claim funds are goi g elsewhere. They also misappropriate the ADA room(s) on a continuous basis.

Shelter, they have one that is supposed to be for AdA clients, they will move you out of the ADA room, place you upstairs and you are unable to get down stairs the elevator exists but they are in control of it, so you are trapped by them unless willing to wait for them to get off the phone so that you can access the outside world at all. Talk about being trapped!! Expect theft, the doors are not securable the result is items cash and anything else will disappear!! They will deter you from filing a police report by threading to place you on the street.
