Review for Mobile Art Program, Austin, TX, USA

Rating: 5 stars

Mobile Arts brings art education to older adults who may not otherwise have the opportunity to pursue them. Through a variety of media and themes, participants in Mobile Arts are able to express themselves creatively, engage socially in a relaxed setting, and challenge themselves while learning new skills.

Mobile Arts is a wonderful, empowering, and inspiring organization.

I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...

While volunteering with the Mobile Arts program at Meals on Wheels, I was touched to see the positive way in which participants responded to the program. .Mobile arts is fantastic. if anything were to improve it - i would want to secure more sponsorship & community support so that they can grow their staff & services. This is an amazing and timely organization that serves a population that is growing larger every day. I'm sure many more older adults in Austin would benefit from their engaging programs.

Role:  Professional with expertise in this field & helped coordinate volunteers from the Blanton Museum of Art Student Guild at UT to help with Mobile Arts activities.
