Bubbles the Clown is an asset to the community.He has been recognized as one of Baltmore's best performers.The volunteer work he does in connection with the financial literacy program is a wonderfull education tool.Not only children but adults of all ages are touched by his funny and enjoyable performances.I can only give him the highest recomendation.
