Hitchcock Woods are the jewel of Aiken, and this from a non-equestrian long time resident. The woods are safe, well managed, historic, and beautiful with a wide variety of flora and fauna and walking trails, very dog friendly. The woods are lovely, dark and deep,
But I have promises to keep,
